Shipping policy

At LizLuvsOnlineShoppe, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Since we work with both independent suppliers and ship some products ourselves, shipping times and costs may vary depending on the item(s) in your order.

Order Processing

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on the way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- Supplier-Fulfilled Products: These products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers. Estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days, depending on supplier warehouse location and your delivery address.

- LizLuv’s Coloring Books (Motivational Quotes Series): These products are shipped by us via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated delivery within the USA is 3–7 business days.

- Please note: Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times, since items may ship from different suppliers or warehouses.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on most orders up to 2 lbs within the continental United States.
  • Orders over 2 lbs: a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout and varies by product and supplier.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: shipping is charged separately and is shown at checkout.
  • International orders: shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by destination.
  • A small number of specialty items are not eligible for free shipping. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Destinations

- We currently ship within the United States.
- Some items may also be available for international shipping. Delivery times for international orders vary, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delays

While most orders arrive on time, shipping times may occasionally be affected by supplier processing, customs delays, or carrier service disruptions. We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues.
