Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process
1. Contact us at support@lizluvsonlineshoppe.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. (rReturn instructions will be included specific to your order.)
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund.
Refunds
- We provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
- For other reasons (e.g. changed mind, not as expected), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the supplier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Personal care/intimate products
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital/downloadable products
